Weekend
This has been the Weekend of Sleep. I've amazed myself. On both Saturday and Sunday, I slept in until 11 am. I'm not sure I've EVER done that. Granted, I went to bed very late (1 am) on both nights; but still. Hopefully I've caught up on all the sleep I lost from the hospital stay. I plan on going to bed very soon.
Even waking up at 11, it takes me awhile to get moving. Usually by 2 or 3, I'm much better. I walked on the treadmill (got up to a mile today!); went to Target; went to a party; went out to dinner; went through the enormous pile of mail. I feel pretty well-rested and relaxed, and even had some moments where I felt "normal." I think I'm ready for chemo on Tuesday.

This sounds very good. Hopefully your upcoming trip to Florida will allow you even more R&R! Can't wait to hear all about it.
